10 Amazing Breast Workout To Have Bigger Boobs

Are you having a saggy breast and you don’t like the look you have right now? Then I have come up with amazing breast workout that will help you to have firm boobs and will increase the size of your breast.

Nobody likes the loose and hanging breast, that’s really very awkward and that ruin your overall look.

This breast workout will accentuate your curves and will definitely give amazing results in a very short period of time.

So without any further ado, let’s dive in

Breast Workout

1. Bench Press:

This exercise is very great to increase the size of your boobs as in this breast workout there is a continuous contraction and relaxation of your breast muscle.

This will bring much blood circulation around your breast muscle and will add up mass.

To do it-

1. Lie down on the bench and hold the dumbbells just either side to your breast. (refer image).

2. Now the lift the dumbbell up and hold for a second and bring it down to the original position.

3. While going up and bringing back make sure to go as slow as possible.

Do this beach press for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

2. Plank:

The next exercise is the plank.

Yes, Plank!

It’s not that difficult to do it.

Plank is a great and very effective exercise in training various muscle such as core, back, chest.

This plank exercise will give a bigger look to your boobs.

To do it-

1. Get down on a ground

2. Get into the push-ups position by placing your palm on the floor.

3. Touch your elbows to the floor and get down in the half position as compared to push-ups.

Do plank exercise at least for 30 seconds of 3 sets.

3. Arnold Press:

Arnold press exercise will help your breast to get tighten and it will uplift your boobs.

If you are looking to have a firm and to lift your boobs naturally don’t miss this exercise.

To do it-

1. Hold the dumbbells in your hand.

2. Bring the dumbbells near to your shoulders.

3. Now lift the dumbbells up and when bringing it back, rotate the dumbbells and bring it near your boobs.

So that you can feel the contraction in your breast muscle.

Do Arnold press for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

4. Medicine Ball Push-ups:

This exercise should be on your list.

The reason I’m asking you to go for medicine ball push-ups is that it will give you more height.

This height will double your process and will give you results in a couple of weeks.

If you want to do at home you can go with a table or chair accordingly.

1. Place your legs to the top surface of the medicine ball.

2. Hold or place your palm to the floor and bend your elbows.

3. Touch the floor not fully and hold for a second and come back up.

Do this medicine ball push-ups for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

5. Yoga-

Did you know yoga is very effective in lifting your breast and giving your boobs a bigger look?

There are many yoga poses like cobra pose, standing forward pose, stretching backward pose.

One of the best yoga poses to increase your breast size is stretching backward

6. Triceps dips:

The next exercise in our breast workout is triceps dips.

This triceps dip is actually very good for uplifting your boobs and it will also help in increasing the size of your boobs.

This exercise is very fun to do and it is very easy.

1. Hold the bench with your hands from behind.

In this case, the girl is holding a rod that’s ok.

2. Now bring your legs quite close to each other.

3. Now bring your hips close to the ground slowly and hold for a second and move it up back.

Do this triceps dips for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

Note: You can perform this triceps dips with weights also.

7. Chest Fly:

This is exercise works really well.

This tends to bring more pressure to your breast muscle and it increases the blood circulation.

This will give the result very fast unlike then the other exercise.

1. Lie down on the bench and hold the dumbbells close to your chest.

2. Spread the dumbbells on either side.

3. Now, close the movement by bringing the dumbbells straight up to your chest.

Do this chest fly exercise for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

8. Bicycles:

Bicycles exercise will help you in getting a firm breast from the side.

It will increase the size area of your breast from the side.

The slower you go in this exercise the much more better results you get.

To do it-

1. Lie down on the ground.

2. Lift your one leg and bring it near to your chest and side by side touch your elbow to your knee. (refer the image)

3. Do it the same for the other leg and this time brings the other elbow and touch your knee simultaneously.

Do this bicycle exercise for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

9. Abs Roller:

Now you might be wondering abs roller!

Right!

Believe me, abs roller will not only help in training your core muscle but it will also help in development and growth of your breast.

To do it-

1. Get down on your knees by holding abs roller.

2. Move the roller forward slowly and at the end hold for a second.

3. Bring it back slowly by feeling the pressure around the breast muscle.

Do this abs roller for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

10. Dumbbell Bent Over Rows:

This breast workout will increase the size of your boobs.

This exercise will also help in cutting the extra fat from your side especially from the love handles and your waist.
