This diet plan is very restrictive as it allows you to eat only cucumbers and replace your heavy meals with fresh cucumbers.

Probably by following such a restrictive plan, you will get exhausted by a few days.

If you follow this diet plan for a long time can show you negative effects and studies show that following such a plan is a form of disordered eating and they are highly linked with obesity.

Doctors and RDs suggest that not to follow this diet for more than 15 days.

As this diet plan is not packed with a full nutrition profile it cannot be followed for a long term basis.

This diet only has certain and low-calorie foods that probably will not fit your daily protein amounts.

You need to understand that weight loss takes time.

If you stick to this diet for 14 days then you can see some results and changes in your body.

I would highly recommend not to try this diet plan for the long term.

By following a low-calorie diet you will probably quit easily after a few days.
