The best alternative of simple carbs is complex carbs.

If you are taking white bread then take brown bread, white rice then switch it to brown rice.

That’s how you change your eating habits by simply adjusting your food varieties.

The best options are fruits, nuts, and some smoothie.

Now, the choice is yours but ideally, a snack that has a good combination of protein, carbs, and fat is your perfect match and you should grab one of those.

3 Day Sugar Detox Plan

Day 1

Morning: 2 slices of brown bread + 4 egg whites omelet

Mid-morning: Green smoothie

Lunch: 5oz of chicken breast + salad

Evening Snack: Nuts

Day 2
